These are hard times, and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has made it clear that studying the life of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is not enough. We need to fully live out his lessons.
The Prime Minister said in his message for Eid Milad-un-Nabi (12th Rabiul Awwal, 1446) that always following the Prophet’s (PBUH) vision and values is the key to dealing with the problems of our time. On this happy occasion of the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), he sent his warmest wishes to all Muslims, with a special focus on the people of Pakistan.
PM Shehbaz told the people of the country to follow the Prophet’s lessons by helping those who are weakest, especially those who are poor and hungry. In line with the Prophet’s (PBUH) example, he stressed how important it is to help others as a basic habit.
He said, “The good life, great character, and good teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) serve as a light for all people.” “His direction is a lighthouse that will always inspire and guide us on our life’s path.”
The Prime Minister also asked everyone to stand with the oppressed Palestinian and Kashmiri people, who are going through terrible difficulties and violence. He asked everyone in the country to show the Prophet’s (PBUH) compassion and fairness by helping these areas.
In effect, PM Shehbaz Sharif’s message is a call to action for everyone to follow the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) example of kindness, fairness, and helping those in need. This shows how his teachings are still useful in today’s complicated world.
